What does an independent advisor do?
I sit alongside founders and leadership teams on the decisions that shape growth: where to play, what to launch, pricing, channels and positioning. It's senior experience on a monthly retainer, without adding a full-time executive to the team.
What kind of companies do you work with?
B2C brands, from ambitious early-stage companies to established businesses at a turning point. I have worked in wellness, beauty, food, hospitality, jewellery, apps and banking.
Do you only work in Barcelona?
I'm based in Barcelona and work remotely with companies in Spain and abroad. I have led growth in France, Italy, Portugal and the UK.
What's the difference between advisory and a project?
Advisory is ongoing: a monthly retainer with leadership meetings and 1:1 sessions. A project has a fixed scope, timeline and deliverables, such as a launch, entering a new market or a strategic audit.
Do you also work with individual professionals?
Yes. With a one-off career strategy session or The career reset, a deeper process covering direction, CV and LinkedIn, job search, interviews and offer negotiation. Sessions in English or Spanish.

When does a B2C brand need a growth advisor?
Usually at a turning point: before a launch, when entering a new market or channel, when growth stalls, or when the leadership team needs senior perspective without hiring a full-time executive.
What results have you achieved?

Do you take on interim marketing roles?
Yes, occasionally. If you need a senior person leading marketing while you fill the role, we can talk about it.
